Subway


Subway, we all have seen commercial about subway on how healthy it is, they say that is if you eat nothing but their sandwich you are guaranty to lose at least 10 pounds. Do you really think you can lose this amount of pounds? For the purpose of this blog, I would like to know what do you think about their theory.
