Subway


Subway, we all have seen commercial about subway on how healthy it is, they say that is if you eat nothing but their sandwich you are guaranty to lose at least 10 pounds. Do you really think you can lose this amount of pounds? For the purpose of this blog, I would like to know what do you think about their theory. Do you think this is healthy and safe to this type of diet? Hit me up I would like to know your opinion.

  1. A lot of people have tried the 'subway' diet and lost quite a bit of weight. I'm not sure over what period of time we're talking, and a lot of times I've heard that these people were also WALKING to the subway that they were eating which is probably a lot to factor in. What I've seen from eating at subway is that their sandwiches do not have a lot of meat, and a lot of their breads are healthy all wheat/whole grain, etc etc. I can certainly see where the appeal is for someone who is trying to eat healthy or lose weight.
